Compared to medium-density particle panels (MDFs), it offers the following advantages:

  • It is waterproof for use in a wet environment (bathroom, outdoor under cover)
  • A palette of about ten colors is available and the dyes used are 100% organic
  • Dyed in the mass it can be repaired simply, without being repainted. Its longer lifespan justifies a higher price than the conventional particle panel
  • Its mechanical strength is on average 30% higher than that of a conventional MDF
  • It can be recycled, the production unit being itself licensed for this purpose
  • Its various variants have been the subject of numerous certifications (fire resistance, toy safety, FSC, PEFC, CARB2, etc.).
  • More dense it allows a nice finish of the songs
  • For professional applications the fireproof version is classified as B-s2,d0 fire

It is manufactured in Europe, near Lisbon in Portugal, in a factory certified ISO 9001 quality.
It complies with the European standard E1 (limitation of formaldehyde emissions).

The remnants of wood chips generated by the production of the panels are used to power the plant’s boiler: upgrading energy production produces all the energy needed operation of the production unit, without burning fuel Fossil
