In modo che lo schienale possa appoggiarsi alla schiena, arrotondare lo schien<br>aleLa soluzione \u00e8 semplic<br>e:1- Siediti bene nella parte inferiore del sedile in modo che la parte bassa dello schienale sia appoggia<br>ta alla schiena.2- regola l&rsquo;altezza del sedile in modo da non sci<br>volare in avanti3- se la sedia ha braccioli regolare gli alti abbastanza da aiutarti a sederti dritto , ma non troppo per non scrollarsi di dosso (applicare la stessa regola per l&rsquo;altezza dell&rsquo;ufficio)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Seduto su un divano o una sedia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La seduta di un divano o di una poltrona \u00e8 troppo profonda se sei alto meno di un metro.  Quindi non puoi premere la parte bassa della schiena contro la schiena. <br>La soluzione: Aggiungere un cuscino contro lo schienale per ridurre la profondit\u00e0 dell&rsquo;att<br>enzione del sedile: \u00e8 importante aggiungere abbastanza spessore in modo che la cavit\u00e0 dietro il ginocchio non sia premuta contro il sedile.
